HOW DO I SHOW MY BEADS SOME LOVE?
Our beads are proudly made from a durable, hand formed clay. Here are a few care instructions if your beads are receiving high volumes of love:
Beads can be cleaned by a gentle scrub with a toothbrush and some toothpaste, baby wipes or even nail polish remover. This does not apply to sparkle beads and/or gold leafed beads or earrings.
Please be aware of any garments with non-colourfast dyes as the dyes will rub off and stain the beads permanently.
It is not recommended that gold leaf products be worn when swimming or showering and it is advised that they are removed at bedtime to prevent excess abrasions to the leafing.
Sparkle beads will have some flakes come loose in the first few wears, this is normal and it should only be minimal. Please consider that the sparkles are slightly textured, so may not be suitable to wear with delicate material that may pull easily.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TERMS?
All Orders will be packaged and posted within 5 business days of payment being received. This allows time for all beads to be hand rolled and assembled to be their own unique loveliness.
Formed Design Co uses standard Australia Post parcel service or Express Post, just make your choice at checkout. At this stage we only accept payments via Paypal, but in some cases direct banking transfers can be arranged, just email us via our contacts page.
Care is taken to ensure that your purchases arrive to you in perfect condition, however unforeseen universal elements such as floods or lost items sometimes occur which we cannot be held accountable for. We will always ask for tracking numbers when posting though and wrap your goodies up in extra love.
I'VE CHANGED MY MIND & WANT TO RETURN MY ORDER?
We really hope that your shopping experience is enjoyable! However, if you change your mind about your purchase, the following return policy applies:
1. Items to be returned within 14 days of purchase.
2. The costs incurred with returning an item/s to us is at the buyers expense.
3. Items must be unworn, unaltered and in otherwise original condition with all labels and branding still attached.
4. If you request a return of purchase, the purchase price excluding any original delivery fee/s will be refunded to via the source of original payment if the above conditions are met.
